Limited Warranties – Dental Procedures

Our goals here at Garvin Dentistry are for all our patients to enjoy a happy healthy smile. This is attainable with regular check-ups, proper brushing and flossing at home, and following recommendations by your dentist and hygienist. With commitment and team work you can enjoy healthy teeth and gums for a lifetime!

At Garvin dentistry we want to show you that we stand behind our work and are committed to excellence. We strive to satisfy you as a patient and will offer you the following warranties.

Composite (tooth colored) Fillings

For one year from the date of service, Garvin Dentistry will repair or replace a composite filling due to breakage or sensitivities that do not resolve resulting from the dental procedure. This will be done at no cost to you.

Crowns and Bridges

Two years from the date of service, Garvin Dentistry will repair or replace a crown or bridge due to fracturing of porcelain or poor fit. This will be done at no cost to you.

Root Canals

Root Canals are a valuable treatment and have a 96% success rate. In the event that a root canal is not successful and retreatment or a referral to an endodonist is necessary you will not incur any additional costs. This warranty will be in place for a period of two years from the date of service.

These warranties are valid only if a patient maintains scheduled hygiene visits and follows recommended preventive care. All warranties are considered null and void otherwise.

Warranties are subject to change. Please check this page for any changes.

Payment

Payment is expected at the time of service. If you have insurance you will be asked to make a payment for the estimated portion not covered by insurance.

We offer several payment options for your convenience
Cash/ Personal check MasterCard Visa Discover
We also offer convenient monthly payment plans through Care Credit

Insurance

Dental insurance is intended to pay for a portion of the cost of your dental treatment but not all. Most plans include provisions for coinsurance, deductibles, and other expenses that must be paid by the patient at the time services are rendered. Insurance reimbursement amounts are not, nor have they ever been, a guideline for care. Please be assured that we will never do you the disservice of diagnosing your treatment based on your insurance coverage.

As a courtesy, we can file most insurance claims for you. Please bring your insurance information with you to your first visit. We will work with you to help you receive the maximum benefits that you are entitled to under your plan. We accept most insurance plans - Preferred provider with Anthem, Delta Dental Premier and Mavarest Network.
